As a child, I had a hard time making friends with Latin.
I remember how the teacher enthusiastically explained in our very first Latin lesson what Latin was all about. He described it as a noble language, adorned with all kinds of examples, and we should consider ourselves lucky to be able to learn it. So far, everything was going great—I was happy, and my childlike pride grew with every word my teacher spoke. And who wouldn’t want an enthusiastic teacher?
At the end of his speech, the teacher added an important piece of information: "Latin is a dead language."
Dead language? So I automatically drew the only logical conclusion:
Alright, I don’t need it.
How could I have suspected at that time that I would eventually need Latin – and years later would smile at my childish-logical conclusion?
My approach
The only way to do great work is to love what you do.
I am always fascinated by our body – a true miracle. Day after day it asserts itself against external influences, without us consciously perceiving it. It resists, regenerates, repairs and constantly renews itself. And if he no longer manages, he makes it unmistakably clear – directly, clearly and unadulterated.
I never disregard the finely tuned choreography of body and soul – neither for acute nor chronic complaints. Sometimes a cold is just a cold – and that’s how it should be. Of course you can come to me with any "forest and meadow disease".
I am convinced that everything is connected, has its place and, at best, exists in combination. My preferred methods fit optimally, and we always start the treatment with what is already there and what is important for you at this moment.
Healing is possible…
but not always feasible.
Reality should always be considered honestly. The art lies in uniting all available resources and questioning obstacles – such as unhealthy habits. At the same time, it is about integrating healthier behaviors into everyday life.
A conscious approach to problems opens up new possibilities. If it is possible to find the right balance between "not too much" and "not too little", a good way is created. Because healing can become good again – or in new ways.
The science of today
is the error of tomorrow

My philosophy
I am curious and question existing knowledge. My horizons are constantly expanding – through learning and further education, but also through my family and friends. Through continuous training, supervision and the exchange with colleagues, I stay up to date, without losing sight of the roots and essence of naturopathy.
My thirst for knowledge is great. And so the journey continues.
Why I Love My Work
My work is not just a profession, because:
- It gives me great pleasure because I do what I love.
- I experience how people regain confidence in themselves and their body feeling.
- I can accompany people when they discover new things about themselves – and become happier about them.
- I can live out my curiosity and constantly learn.
- I can share my knowledge and help with it.
- I can make a difference.
- I get to see little miracles every day.
- And I love it when someone says, That’s been really good now. I feel totally detached.
