This depends entirely on your concern and your process. Some topics need time and space, others can be worked on well in a few sessions.
There is no fixed roadmap. It is important that you feel safe, understood and well accompanied at your pace. Everything else we discuss together.

Your session is a deliberately reserved space for your development.
Please give us at least 24 hours in advance Know if you want to cancel or postpone.
In the case of short-term cancellations or no-shows, the fee due is charged as a default fee.

In our private practice, waiting times are usually clear, as there are no formal hurdles like in cash practices.
For topics related to psychotherapy or grief, a Meeting or orientation interview Often possible within two weeks.

In urgent cases, please contact us by phone or by Signal/WhatsApp. This is the fastest way.

We offer you a non-binding conversation (30 min. / 40) €) for concerns around psychotherapy, grief support, coaching or counselling.
You get a first impression of our way of working – and we look together if it fits.

If you decide to accompany within three months, the amount will be counted in full.

Possible appointment units are 60, 75 and 90 minutes. Longer sessions are calculated pro rata in the 15-minute rhythm.

Private and supplementary insured persons
Invoicing according to fee (register of fees for health practitioners).
Indicative value: approximately 110 € per 60 minutes, proportionally depending on the fee number, time and effort.

Self-payers
• Psychotherapy and grief support: from 99 € (60 min.)
• Body-oriented treatments such as pain therapy, pneumatron, acupuncture, moxa: from 99 € (60 min.)

For private and additional insured persons, the invoice according to fee can be issued.
The fee schedule dates back to 1985 and has not been updated since. It is: not binding – neither for health practitioners: nor for insurance.
Deviations may include: Reduced refund lead.

Statutory health insurance companies cover the costs not.
Private health insurance or supplementary insurance can offer a (partial) refund depending on the tariff.

Note: In some tariffs, a refund for psychotherapy is only possible if the treatment is carried out by a naturopath with unrestricted permission. Bo Hauer has this approval.

We are a private practice.
This means: You always pay the fee directly, regardless of a possible refund.
Many people appreciate the discretion, the short distances and the fast dates.

The fee is paid by agreement cash, by EC card or invoice paid.
Online appointments are usually billed in advance.

Practitioner services may be provided under certain conditions as exceptional load for tax purposes.
