All you need for the conversation is a stable Internet connection, camera and microphone.
After the appointment agreement, you will receive a secure access link.
Before the session begins, you can tune in calmly, choose a protected place and make sure you are undisturbed.
I accompany you live, as in a regular session – with the same attention, structure and commitment.
