Not every companion needs physical proximity. Sometimes it is easier to take the first step from home, protected, familiar and in your own environment. Online sessions offer a flexible way to take therapy, counselling or accompaniment even over longer distances. Whether psychotherapeutic session, grief accompaniment or coaching, the conversation remains personal, safe and present. An encrypted video platform creates the same space of mindfulness and resonance as in practice.

How Online Sessions Work

All you need for the conversation is a stable Internet connection, camera and microphone.
After the appointment agreement, you will receive a secure access link.
Before the session begins, you can tune in calmly, choose a protected place and make sure you are undisturbed.
I accompany you live, as in a regular session – with the same attention, structure and commitment.
