I offer sessions online for people who want accompaniment, regardless of their current location. The work takes place in a quiet, clear digital setting and follows the same principles as the therapeutic work on site.
I also work online integratively, relationship-oriented and with a view to the whole person. The focus is on contact. Security, reliability and a common process are not created by technology, but by attention, presence and a clear therapeutic attitude. The pace depends on you, not on the medium.
The online work includes psychotherapeutic, body-oriented and trauma-sensitive approaches, adapted to the digital setting. Not everything needs physical proximity to be effective. Many things arise about speech, resonance, perception and the conscious work with what is at the moment. It is important to me that online sessions do not feel like a compromise, but like a viable therapeutic space.
In addition to online work, psychotherapy is also On site in my practice in Weilheim possible. Obedience and mourning therapy I also offer online.
Sessions/psychotherapy online can fit well if you are bound temporally or spatially, much on the go or consciously prefers a digital frame. It is suitable for people who appreciate a quiet, clear conversation room and can also enjoy a process online.

The online sessions are held in a protected frame by video talk. Important is a stable internet connection as well as a place where you are undisturbed and feel safe. Duration and frequency are also oriented here on what is useful for the respective process.
My practice is a private practice. The costs are fully or partially covered by private insurers and supplementary insurers, depending on the tariff. Self-payers are just as well eliminated.
