Bo Hauer

naturopath, hypnotherapist, grief attendant & therapist

Sonja was in the Temple!

When Thich Nhat Hanh changed sides or more clearly died, he remembered a long-cherished desire. Actually, she always wanted to meet him, which was no longer possible, but she was able to book a weekend retreat at the "European Institute of Applied Buddhism" – Institute for Applied Buddhism in Waldbröl, founded by Thich Nhat Hanh.

Sonja tells us about her stay and how it was to meet the silence, why the mobile phone became unimportant, a gong and breathing important and what she took for herself from this time out. ~ So much was revealed, it was far more than she had booked and she still met Thich Nhat Hanh.
