Psychological advice and coaching help you to identify relationships, make decisions and reactivate your own resources.The focus is not on a problem, but on your history, your possibilities and what is currently moving you. The aim is to make the view too wide, to make new ways visible and to strengthen confidence in their own ability to act.

How advice and coaching work

The conversation creates clarity. Through targeted questions, reflection and mindful perception, patterns can be identified, priorities ordered and new perspectives developed. The work is solution-oriented, but not superficial – it combines understanding, structure and self-efficacy.
