In our practice, we adapt this proven concept to the relaxed individual setting. Instead of classic needles, we use soft Japanese gold balls that are glued to an ear side. These remain pain-free for five days before they pause for two days. The other ear is then treated in the following week. The treatment takes place in a thirty-minute rest phase in sitting or lying.
