Traditional European Natural History (TEN) is an independent, experience-based system that looks at people in their entirety. She combines physical knowledge, plant science and modern regulation medicine. At the Josef Anger School I learned the TENs as a practical medicine that strengthens natural functions instead of suppressing them.Natural medicine means understanding the language of the body and accompanying its processes. It complements school medicine where regeneration, stabilization and prevention are required. Each treatment depends on man, not on a scheme.
How TEN works
The TEN understands health as a state of internal order. When metabolism, circulation, digestion and respiration work together harmoniously, balance is created.
Through targeted stimuli, nutrition, herbal medicine, exercise and rest, the body can activate its self-regulation. This is not about speed, but about sustainability – about the body finding its own rhythm again.
What is used in my practice
In my practice, I use various naturopathic procedures to gently support and regulate the body. These include:
- Herbal medicine
- Derivation and regulation procedures
- Micronutrient therapy
- Heat applications such as moxa or cupping
- Manual techniques such as Pneumatron or Gua Sha
- and, if necessary, supportive nutrition recommendations
All measures are selected individually and can be used both concomitant to conventional medical treatments and preventively.
When TEN can be helpful
- Chronic and functional complaints
- Exhaustion, stress and sleep disorders
- for pain, tension, digestive problems
- in support of metabolism and immune system
- Regeneration and Prevention
